Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using MandiSpot (the "Platform"), operated by MandiSpot Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "MandiSpot"), you ("you", "user") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to buyers, shop owners, delivery agents and every other user of MandiSpot's website or apps.

MandiSpot is an online marketplace connecting small-town / village retail shops (kirana, dairy, fancy, medical, etc.) with local buyers. We are an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We do not own, sell or resell the products listed by shop owners. Every order forms a contract between the buyer and the listing shop owner. MandiSpot only facilitates discovery, ordering, payment, delivery coordination, and dispute resolution.

You must be at least 18 years old (or a legally emancipated minor) and legally capable of entering into a contract in India. Shop owners must additionally comply with all applicable Indian laws — including GST, FSSAI (for food), Drugs & Cosmetics Act (for pharmacies), Legal Metrology, and BIS certification where required.

Registration is via mobile-number OTP. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for every action taken through your account. Notify us immediately at support@mandispot.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are set by the individual shop owner and may change without notice.

Placing an order is an offer. The order becomes a binding contract only when the shop owner accepts it and MandiSpot confirms availability. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will refund you in full within 5 business days.

Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified partners Razorpay (UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Netbanking), Stripe (international cards) and PayPal. MandiSpot does not store card data on its own servers.

You may also pay Cash on Delivery (COD) or via the "Order via WhatsApp" flow, which lets you confirm and pay the shop owner directly.

You will not: (a) list or purchase illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or restricted goods; (b) impersonate anyone else; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer or attack the Platform; (d) use the Platform to spam or defraud other users; (e) infringe intellectual-property rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, removal of listings, forfeiture of pending payouts and referral to law enforcement.

The MandiSpot name, logo, tagline "सबका bazaar, ek tap par." and platform code are the exclusive property of MandiSpot Pvt. Ltd. Product images and descriptions uploaded by shop owners remain the owner's IP; you grant MandiSpot a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the Platform for the duration of the listing.

To the extent permitted by law, MandiSpot's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for shop-owner-caused issues (quality, delayed delivery, hygiene) beyond our mediation obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Consumer disputes may alternatively be filed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
